Obtaining a title.

So long story short my education and background is in art, painting in particular. I have been looking at a lot of bugs that have been used to turn in to art. like this....

There is dude in Las Lunas selling a 69 no title and i was thinking of picking it up to do my own thing with it. He does not have a title for it however and i was wondering how hard it is to get one, and what would make it possible or impossible to end up getting one?

Thanks a lot for any info.

Did he misplace the title? You can go to GetNewTitle.com for help with this. They should be able to help.

Get ahold of High Desert Title in Albuquerque, they did the title on my 66 bus. All in all not too bad of an endeavor, costs about $300 though.
Here's there number: 505-293-5521
