70 Ghia Wiring help Needed desperate

70 Ghia Wiring help Needed desperate

Postby Mrfun2fly » Mon Feb 15, 2016 8:34 pm

I need some serous help w my 70 Ghia. I bought the car and the wiring was a mess ...surprise surprise. For example, the previous owner tried using house wire on parts and installed two fuse box's. ..huge mess!
Long story short, the wiring wad unsalvageable so all was torn out.
I have complete new wiring harnesses I've been spending days trying to figure out...ha ha not happening.
I'm looking to pay someone to use the wiring harness's and do the install.
Any takers??
Thanks,
Lee

I have the original wiring diagram along w the diagram that came with the wiring kit but the learning curve is more like an drop off than a curve..lol
I'll look into the Bentley manual ad well but at this point I'm ready to cash in and just pay someone to help.

Thanks bud

i know it's been a while since you posted, but I have a 70 Ghia, too, so if you want to compare cars to see how the wiring looks, I'd be happy to help. Have a bit of experience and a couple of manuals, too. If your electrical system is anything like mine, it's either (a) still a problem or (b) evolved into another electrical problem.

Jimmy! That's awesome! I'm almost done but if ok I may still need to hit you up in the near future.

Thanks!
